Simple Steps
It’s super easy to save and share presets in Lightroom (CC, not Classic). Here’s how:
- Open the presets tab
- Hit the plus sign on the top right
- Name your preset and hit save
- Right click your preset in the list and hit export
That’s all there is to it. Below are more detailed steps with pictures.
Detailed Steps
First, make some edits and then open the presets tab. This is on the top right of the interface above the “develop/edit” button.

Second, hit the plus sign above the list of presets. This will bring up a menu where you can select what you want to save. I usually just keep everything checked besides: auto, masking, optics, geometry, lens blur, exposure (under the light tab), and white balance (under color).

Hit save and then just right click your preset in the list and hit export. This will allow you to save it anywhere on your computer. From there, just share it like you would any other file.
